Penthouse

Interior design

Penthouse is our first project in Rustavi, located in a building with more than a century of history and officially recognized as a cultural heritage site. The project is built around the coexistence of historic architecture and contemporary living. High ceilings, French inspired elements, arches, and moldings continue the building’s historic character, while bold colors, distinctive chandeliers, and carefully considered lighting give the space a contemporary identity. Here, history is not merely decoration, but an essential part of the interior’s essence. The interior designer for the Penthouse project is Sako Dolidze.
